Crepe with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Honey, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  4. Stir in the vegetable oil.
  5. Heat a large non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each crêpe.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  8. Repeat steps 6-7 with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the crêpes warm with honey drizzled on top.

Tips:

  • To make the crêpes even thinner, you can add a little more milk to the batter.
  • If the crêpes are sticking to the pan, you can grease it with a little butter or cooking spray.
  • You can also add other toppings to the crêpes, such as fruit, chocolate, or nuts.
