Crepe with Honey
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Honey, for serving
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
- Stir in the vegetable oil.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each crêpe.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat steps 6-7 with the remaining batter.
- Serve the crêpes warm with honey drizzled on top.
Tips:
- To make the crêpes even thinner, you can add a little more milk to the batter.
- If the crêpes are sticking to the pan, you can grease it with a little butter or cooking spray.
- You can also add other toppings to the crêpes, such as fruit, chocolate, or nuts.
